High Season

Chalets include full linen + soap + tea, coffee, sugar, milk.  Chalet extras include full linen.

DEPOSIT POLICY

• High Season: bookings require a 50% deposit for on-site accommodation, powered and unpowered sites - to be taken at time of booking.  72 hours grace for a deposit may be used at Managers Discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to collect deposit.

• Low Season:  bookings require a 50% deposit for on-site accommodation – to be taken at time of booking. Powered and unpowered sites may require deposits, depending on demand for that date.  72 hours grace for a deposit may be used at Managers Discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if we are unable to collect deposit.

DISCOUNT POLICY

• ONLY ONE DISCOUNT GIVEN AT ANY ONE TIME  

• CMCA Members receive 10% discount Low and High Seasons.  Must site a valid CMCA card (as requested by the CMCA).

• Registered clubs receive 10% discount in Low Season only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations will incur a 15% Administration Fee.

• No refund will be given to any booking cancelled or amended less than 7 days prior to stay.

• No refund will be given if booking is cut short.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued within 7 days, by Accounts Office only (record customer details – name, phone, address, date of booking and amount paid).
